Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy a data eSIM plan from Pak-eSim. Placing an order means you accept them.

What you are buying

Pak-eSim sells prepaid data eSIM profiles for use in Pakistan. Every plan is data only. There is no voice calling and no SMS on the eSIM line, so keep your physical SIM active for calls and for one-time passwords.

Your device

Before ordering, confirm that your phone supports eSIM and is factory unlocked. A handset locked to a foreign carrier will not connect, and we cannot remove that lock. Checking this is your responsibility, and our device page explains how to do it in a minute.

PTA registration

A data eSIM profile does not require PTA or DIRBS registration. That is a statement about how a data profile works, not advice about tax or customs. Any obligation attached to your handset remains yours.

Payment and delivery

Orders are paid by bank transfer only. Place the order, transfer the amount, and quote your order number as the payment reference. We issue your QR code once the payment appears in our account, usually within minutes during business hours and on the next working morning otherwise.

Your QR code

• The QR code is single use. Once installed on a phone it cannot be installed again.
• It is issued to you and is not transferable or resellable.
• Do not post it publicly. Whoever scans it first gets the data.

Fair use

Plans are sold for personal use on one device. Speeds depend on the local network and on coverage where you are standing, and neither is under our control.

Changes

Prices, plan details and these terms can change. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you place it.
